The Bourne Legacy hits theaters August 3rd. Not nearly soon enough if you ask me.

Where Soldiers Come From is a documentary from filmmaker Heather Courtney about the young men(and women) who fight our wars. Unconcerned with the politics, Courtney’s film is rather a look at the effect of war on the families, community and soldiers themselves. I plan to catch this while it’s playing here in Los Angeles and if you live in any of the other select cities it’s playing in I hope you’ll go see it as well. Coming from a small rural community, I know many men both young and old, who have returned from overseas only to find that the battle has come back with them only it’s fought inside. If you know someone who has served or even just run into someone on active duty in the airport, thank them for all that they do, they’ll appreciate it more than you’ll ever know. I couldn’t embed the trailer so click the pic to watch it on the film’s press site.

The Muppets are back in another incredibly good parody trailer. What are they hiding with these trailers? Did they make the movie in Swedish? No, they promise they didn’t.

Few trailers really make me go, whoa, that’s different. This one is one of those few trailers. General Orders No. 9 looks like experimental filmmaking at it’s best. So while many people will be packing theaters, shoving popcorn down their throat and watching vampires fall in love, I’ll be working the ol brain muscle. I will of course also being seeing Transformers 3. I’m not at total pretentious ass, just from time to time.
Finally we get our first look at what is sure to be the best Muppets movie of the year. Seriously though, this will be awesome. Love the trailer. Classic tongue in cheek Muppets style.
I thought it might be a few weeks but it was only a day. The first official trailer for Tintin is here and it looks good. Actually it looks great, question is, how great is the adaption?
