It just so happens we’ve been getting a little rain down here in SoCal (weather reporters would have you believe it’s the end of days) and I was thinking how great it would be to have a jacket that repels water. Enter Norse Projects’ ELKA raincoat. Sure it comes in some muted colors but with the yellow you get a raincoat and a piece of safety gear for when you’re riding a bike.
